Masks Policy


In accordance with the CDC and in doing our part to limit the exposure and to promote health and safety we require a mask within the salon/spa area. 

Cancellation Policy


I do understand that schedules change, I kindly ask that you contact us immediately to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made 48-25 hours will be charged 50% of the services scheduled. Any cancellations made 24 hours or less and “no shows” will be charged 100% of the services scheduled. I do understand that emergencies happen and we will do our best to work with you. I recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire. 
We also understand that unforeseen incidents may arise. The time of your scheduled appointment is the time your service should begin, please arrive allowing yourself time to enter the building and be ready at the service start time. This is to really allow for the clients after you to be able to receive their service on time. 

Child Safety Policy

Children are not only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child may accompany you while having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children and I cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
